The importance of EYE CONTACT, FACIAL EXPRESSIONS AND HAND GESTURES will be stressed next, especially showing positive and negative body language.

Each participant's present image will be assessed and suggestions to make any changes, if any, will be discussed.  Each participant will be given individual attention and there will be a short practice session in front of the trainer to ensure corrections are properly executed.
